[MOD] Sharpening Filter For Toussaint

For some reason CDPR practically disabled sharpening for Toussaint. This small mod restores it.
Update 2.0
- Sharpening added for all envs in Toussaint.
- Now should be compatible with lighting mods.
- Added menu for customization.
- A little less intense sharpening by default.
Note: comparision screenshots are taken on sharpening set to Low because I use it like it. Also difference is more visible in game. If you want more intense sharpening, you can use High setting just like in locations from normal game.
Installation:
Just unpack the archive and place folders mods, bin and DLC in game folder. If
If you have problems with extracting, use 7zip. Mod is not compatible with lighting mods that change Toussaint lighting.
