Thanks for the amazing mod essenthy, like many others I've been waiting for it to come out for months, and it was definitely worth it.
There's one little problem i have with it, I don't know if it's only on my end or not, but since installing your mod main npcs (including geralt) have a very noticeable neck seam that I've never seen, uninstalling stlm 2 fixed it, I have various other mods installed including Asmodean's but removing them didn't change anything.
Thanks in advance, i hope it's something that can be easily fixed, here's a link to a screenshot showing what i mean on the nexus nexusmods.com/witcher3/Images/2179/?

I have the exact same problem.

Noticed a small bug where certain foliage will change colours when approaching from the distance.
This is probably something to do with LoD, and since foliage is much greener with this mod it stands out a bit more. As far as I know LoD sprites cant be altered without better modding tools, so it may just be something to live with.
I also remember something similar happening in TW2 with grass.

Either way, loving the mod so far. I can tell you guys put a great amount of work into it. Must have been frustrating with so little to work with.

i think it can be solved by increasing lighting and lod values for foliage in user.settings, but be aware that doing that with the mod could take you up to 30fps or more depending on your hardware

bad weather does not break the mod, i did not mod rainy weathers or snowy , they are default, if it rain you will have vanilla lighting raining weather, when it stop raining it get back to lighting mod automatically, you dont have to do anything

The mod doesn't load automatically after rain ends, I've encountered an issue like this at least 3 times. It requires an actual reload to show.

its simple, STLM does not use any scripts, what i see in your video is the game having a scripting issue loading weather csvs, so check your mods for conflits or if you're not in a zone that force a specific weather, it can also be a corrupt save file

was going to make quen animation blue but didnt have time to finish it and forgot to delete it, will remove it in the next update

@essenthy, is it possible to make quen blue though? It'd be really nice.

Looks good, other than the issues you have said will be fixed in the next update.

But one thing I dont like is how the sun looks when its high in the sky. It just looks like a white orb.

I also noticed the view distance being a bit low. Without this mod, using ULM just to get rid of the blue distance fog, my view distance was much higher.

ULM(0.1 distance fog)+ Asmodean's worldenvlightning

You mean there is still a working ULM Version i can use together with STLM 2.0 like i did before with STLM 1.4?
I tried to today but the one i tried hasn't done anything. Like i said before the fog Slider of ULM and maybe the blend in function of it are the best thing i can think of to add to STLM 2.0, but essenthy already said it wont happen in his Version of the mod and stated that in his nexus description as well.

Is there supposed to be a increased DOF blur? Vanilla game has clearer details in the distance. Just wondering if this is by design.

Not to worry, other people will do it.

1) you're not supposed to have the camera up to the sun when playing normaly, unless you intentionally look it, its an another issue that i left out and didnt have the time fix

2) you're skellige look broken with no fog, i used Asmodean lighting and they look nothing like that

yes i increased DOF slightly, you can disable it in the options

As i said before a million thanks to Essenthy for making the best mod out here. Just one problem i only have clear weather, i tried loading old saves, going to Velen or Skellige, and meditating for 15 days. But the weather keeps clear, has anybody else got this issue ?

aww, thats weird, i know ther's a game issue since 1.01 that cause clear weather to get stuck, but questing and meditating usually fix it

FYI, the issue on the neck is due to a change of the character skin. Droping the folder characters and recompiling fixed it. What was attempted by those modifications is unclear, but it's likely to revert some changes made by Essenthy so it's a trade off before the master fixes it for good :)

i dont think your trading off anything, i was just messing around with skin settings, didnt finish my testing and simply forgot to delete the files :p

will make an updated package later today
