[MOD] Tattoo removal potion

first thanks to KNGRSM , rmemr and Sarcen for the tools and tutorials
This is a simple mod that adds a recipe for a potion that removes the tattoo you get when you import a W2 savegame.
You can buy the recipe from Keira Metz and from Gremist in Skellige.
[How to install]:
just unpack the .zip file in your main game folder
notes:
this mod changes "playerWitcher.ws" so if the potion doesn't work then you probably have another mod using the same file.
