To remedy this, I have created this mod which alters the rain drops themselves to be darker (in the original game rain looks almost white at night), and also makes the rain splashing effect when the rain hits ground much less pronounced. The end result is what I like to call "Perfect Rain", since this is as close to looking like real rain in The Witcher as it can get. If you do not yet have an override directory, then simply create one in the \data folder in your main game directory.I highly recommend keeping all the Perfect Rain files in the original folder when you place them into your override directory, which will make it simple if you ever wish to uninstall this mod (or parts of it).
