Mod to decrease repair cost or slow down the degrading?
It's to the point I find it cheaper to craft a new item rather than repair it. Is there a way to, without the runecrafting, to slow it down or make it cheaper? I can't find a mod that does it. I found a mod that make repairs cost nothing but that's going way too far. If I could cut the cost in half it'd be quite nice I think.
I have no idea how to do it myself, but if someone can tell me which file to edit and where, I'd happily get on it myself.

Perhaps I should add that the modkit crashes everything I try to create a mod so I can't even fiddle.
