No such mod yet .. Only the Bookseller from Act III that has some. It would be crashy to put all weapons / items / ingredients / books and scroll on one vendor only. Search in this sub-forum, there is many .utm file (vendors) to download that will help you a lot.
I've made a mod which changes leuvarden (sp?) in chapter 1 to sell all armour, swords, daggers and some runes and ingredients.Would you likey?You may need a lot of money to buy some of the items though.
