Hey all, with the the release of the TW2 Enhanced Edition only two days away I have a question relating to modding the game, its simple and probably dumb but here it is. How would I go about adding the Dark Mode Armors (all three versions, with their sword counter-parts as well (see list below for the full list of items I'd like to add to the Mysterious Merchant); So yeah, I'd just like some direction before I approach this; How do I add the following items to the Mysterious Merchant in Act I;


Blasphemer's Armor
Blasphemer's Boots
Blasphemer's Gauntlets
Blasphemer's Trousers
Anathema
Ultimatum

Oathbreaker's Armor
Oathbreaker's Boots
Oathbreaker's Gauntlets
Oathbreaker's Trousers
Virgin
Black Unicorn

Kinslayer's Armor
Kinslayer's Boots
Kinslayer's Gauntlets
Kinslayer's Trousers
Weeper
Mourner

There already are mods for this. This one, for example.

EDIT: I just noticed it only adds the Kinslayer set. Anyway, download that mod, then open the def_shops.xml file and search for the line



What follows is a list of items the Mysterious Merchant has on sale. From here on it should be pretty much self explanatory. Find the items that are named Dark Difficulty something something A3, and duplicate them with A1 and A2.

I know; I actually looked before posting this... That mod only adds Kinslayer armor, and the other mod adds ALL items to the Mysterious Merchant, I don't want that, I just want all three sets of Dark Mode Armor in the Mysterious Merchant's sell list, all I was asking for was a sort of quick-and-dirty tutorial of how to do this, I have a general idea but I'd like I said, I'd like a little direction before I approach it. Thank you though!

Be reminded that you must be playing in Dark Mode for any mod of this kind to work. The game is designed to remove all DM armour and weapons from inventory if it detects that you're not playing in Dark Mode, regardless of how you got them.

Yar tyvm... I can't bring myself to play in anything but Dark Mode now Just so much more satisfying IMO
