Modkit crashes when opening scripts

Hello. So I want to do some modifications to scripts so I can use them as mod instead using quickbms and modifying bundles, but modkit crashes everytime I try to create mod or open script folder, I added crash report as attatchment.

Another question: do you think it is possible to make skills active regardless if they are or are not in active skills window? I mean as soon as I add skill point do some ability, I want it to be active without adding it to active skills window.

I'm having the same issue, I can run Script Studio, but after I create a mod it crashes during "importing source", I don't even get a crash log.

I have same issue. I thought it was because i installed Modkit without having teh game ;).

Anyway... i Just created project in Visual Studio putted in in folder where scripts are, in solution explorer clicked "Show All Files" and in Tools->Options->File Extensions add ws extension and assign "JavaScript Editor" to it. It will colorize most of the keywords properly, underline random places, but it is kinda ok.

Since from what i know we can't debug the scripts while game is running (like it was in case of Redkit + Script Studio bundle for Witcher 2) it really doesn't matter what environment we are using.

You can also try looking out for IDEs that support UnrealScript or ActionScript as WitcherScript is most simmiliar to those.
