ModKitchen- some texture mods working and some not

Hey guys, having some difficulty with texture mods I'm making with Mod Kitchen. They are all simple recolouring or other minor alterations to an armor or other texture, nothing fancy. Some of them, like my recolour for wolf armor level 1 show up in game correctly but others like my recolour for Mandragora Mask do not. I built them both with Mod Kitchen and doublechecked the path to make sure it was all spelt correctly. I built them both using the exact same steps as well.

The weird thing is the Mandragora Mask mod still changes Geralt's eye's to a new colour (which I am guessing is because when I recoloured it I recoloured the eyesocket section of the tga texture file too). So I understand why that happened and how to fix it but I don't understand why the rest of the mask isn't recoloured in that case. I not only recoloured it but I used the paint tool on GIMP to delete the swigly decorations on the mask, to make it more of a plain mask, but those decorations are not gone either.

I attached a link to all my folders for the Mandragora Mod zipped (including Packed, Uncooked, Unedited, Modded, etc.). If any expert could take a look and tell me what I'm doing incorrectly?

Thanks!

Haha yeah, figured that out when I was reading a thread about a Triss mod. The guide I used to learn this stuff mentioned that d was the one that was seen in game so I just assumed the others weren't important. It wasn't until I opened a, n and s that I realised the patterns are on there too. Anyway going to try it out, thanks!

No Title

Ok so that did not solve the issue. Although I did manage to recolour and change the colour of the patterns, after I deleted them from all 4 (a, n, s, and d) files they still show up slightly. On top of that, I got the same weird error where the white of Geralt's eyes and his arms turn black. I attached a picture. No idea why it is happening because this time I was very careful to avoid altering anything but the pattern section of the mask (using the selection and layer mask features on Photoshop). Anyone know how to fix this?
