Mono Wire Cyberware Mod

Please excuse me on some of these questions because the game does not explain how to do use 3/4 of the items in the game. How do I equip the Mono Wire?

Its Cyberware for your arms. Go to a Ripperdoc and equip it. It replaces your fists.

It's pointless - in the previous gameplay they showed it being useful for netrunner builds/hacking. Now it's just a glorified melee weapon. Another cut feature.

What happens is that before you could use the monowire to hack people from a distance, now you do that by default.
