Nah, I don't like it ))
Well sure, there's no argument, you're a talented artist and animator; it's clear you have your own vision of the game, your own style, but here's what I want to tell you:
1. Cyberpunk cannot and should not be monochrome. There's just no way it should be. Cyberpunk is an empire of multi-coloured explosions, a tsunami of colour, figuratively speaking, which takes the player's perceptual abilities in its fist and throws them against the wall, the name of this wall is Night City. The player is stunned by the colours, he is confused, he has coloured patterns before his eyes, he is on the verge of hallucination. Thus, Cyberpunk immediately plunges the player into an altered state of consciousness, due to the polyphony of colours, sounds, plot action and emotions of the player himself.
A monochrome story in the Cyberpunk genre...well, you know, it's like two different things: one is when you live your life, the other is when you recount your experiences to a psychoanalyst. Monochrome is just the second case.
2. Why do all the characters in your comic look old and haggard? Well, take T-bug, for example: she looks like a 40-year-old woman who has several children, has been divorced twice and works two jobs. Jackie Wells looks like a miner who's been working in a mine for about 10 years. Ruth Zeng looks like she was pulled out of the rehab, where did she get those wrinkles? We saw her at Hansen's Black Sapphire party, she's a young beautiful bitchy girl, not an old woman! My God, your Ruth's eyes are puffy!
3. I'm not quite sure what fonts you're using - is it a variation of Comic Sans Sheriff? Can I ask why? Cyberpunk got us all used to symmetrical computerised fonts, with geometrically correct clean lines. What does a stylised representation of letters bring to the game? - The impression of what? The depicted episode is about a triple murder, so if the intention was to have a comic effect, then..... In general, combined with the monochrome colour scheme, the overall impression is as if you are dreaming and seeing a nightmare. Well, I mean, in real life you are a citizen of Night City, you live the life of your city, and then one day you fall asleep...and see a nightmare about your homecity. It feels like you're drowned in the ocean, and you're a kilometre deep - it's dark, scary, and there are strange fish swimming by. You want to ask ‘what am I doing here’ - but there is no one to ask! And the nightmare continues...
I understand that I'm probably not mature enough for this level of creativity ))...and in general, I'm not an artist, or a connoisseur of fine art...but for all I want, I can't fully accept it. It feels as if you and I had been playing two different Cyberpunk games! :)

[...] I don't see why Cyberpunk 2077 fanarts can't be monochrome. I've seen plenty of monochrome fanarts and virtual photos of this game and they look just fine to me, and I'm a huge fan of Night City's visuals. It's an artist's take. Just because Night City has a lot of vibrant colors, it doesn't mean that fanarts should do the same. Also, remember that there are a lot of dark streets, alleys, rooms, etc in NC? Plus, noir is usually tied to cyberpunk genre and there are a lot of noir elements in this game.

As for your T-Bug take, she died in a horrible pain, possibly due to ICE. You hear often about netrunners getting fried in the game, and her brain is practically fried here by an enemy netrunner. I think this art shows what happened to her quite well.
Also, the news lady here is Gillean Jordan, not Ruth Dzeng.

A reminder to all that everyone is welcome to their opinion, and no one's opinion is superior to another person's. It's also a simple reality that if one releases artwork to the public, they need to be prepared to receive criticism -- both positive and negative. That's life on our big, blue marble.

We also want to ensure that we're responding to people's statements and arguments, not criticizing the other person's ability to make an argument.
