I still don't have any glow on monowire and it doesn't matter what element it is. Is this a bug or the intent of the developers? Does glow unlock only with a special legendary? It's quite a shame. It looks like some sort of shoelace now... PS5
Unfortunately, this bug has been around for years and hasn't been addressed yet. I was hoping with patch 2.0, they would finally fix it but I guess not. Looks like it's never going to be fixed.
Also, another annoying thing about the monowire is that the screen will violently shake whenever you jump with it. Gives me a bit of motion sickness. This doesn't happen with any other weapon or arm cyberware. Here's a vid of it:

new update and monowire still without glow. I also looked here that the infantry grenade is also without a lasers? CDPR WHY don't you fix it?!?!
Report it to them via support. They don't read the fourms.
Yes, please report everything you find or have an issue with, to their Support: Technical Support — CD PROJEKT RED Probability of them finding it here is close to zero.

Try again, report it as PC visual issue- go more into detail, show videos or pictures of the issue. They have to acknowledge it as an issue for sure then: Technical Support — CD PROJEKT RED
