Monster Killed Quest NPC in town can't take quest.
S0 i had a monster chase me into town while i was exploring ( would have fought it but it was ??) and it began slaughtering the town, as fun as it was to watch. Everything re-spawned except for the lone quest npc in the town. now i can see the ! on the map and the NPC is there he is just laying on the ground dead and wont re-spawn no matter what i do.
