Saved and started before going through door for the gig. No purple bar, it may only happen when playing for a few hours.

There's a mod on Nexus that intents to "fix" the misplacement issue of which in the first couple of months the mod author literally updated it close to 30 times. That signals it's a game wide issue that needs careful consideration, as no doubt any solution will cause new issues for other game assets.

That could be one of the reasons why it looks like the misplacement issue wasn't addressed. That said, consider to forward these pictures and all the other issues to Support, provided there are no mods running in your game. Can use the link below.
