Mosaic Avatar Issue/Bug

Hi!

So I reached rank 13 (the avatar is of Vesemir) and I encountered an issue where the notification to claim it never appeared. I kept playing and reached rank 12 and this time around the notification worked. The issue I noticed now is that apparently I am unable to obtain the mosaic of Vesemir - is there a way to fix this bug? :cautious:

I had the same problem today but with some other rank - use support, they will help you just like they helped me.

Thank you! I sent them my problem, I never noticed the support option as I never seen any issues until now.
