I have this same problem. I updated drivers, changed mouse settings, tried other games, restarted, tried windowed, borderless, fullscreen. It forces your cursor to the top or bottom of the screen. It started in game and made my perspective bounce looking up and down. I can't seem to fix it. Everything was fine before the last patch.
