Not had an issue with my mouse and Razer controller since day one. Today the mouse could not 'move' in the game but was fine in the game menus, only way around it in the end was to start a new character. The mouse would not work in every save from the previous character I was playing with?
PS: Then the 'F' button to get out the car stopped working. I had to drop back a save to get that working again, weird stuff today above and beyond what I normally expect to see with this game?
