Movies / TV Shows!

Well I finished watching Sirens of the Deep, so now I can actually give my opinion on it.

Not gonna lie, it was entertaining as hell and I enjoyed it, despite its shortcomings. Netflix Witcher is being better at animation than the live-action show, they should go full time anime.

Now we'll see how that Season 4 goes :coolstory:. I sure hope there are more animated features coming.

Just watched The Brutalist. Boring, overlong terrible pretentious film that wants you to believe it's good and avant garde, yet it fails to do so. They'd have to be severely touched in the head to give it any awards, let alone Best Film.

The only decent thing about it was the 20's porn segment lmao

Does anime account because we have a whole bunch

Last non-anime however was invincible and I give that one a 10 out of 10. The story is thrilling it's nice to have somebody who's super powerful and it's nice that a boss actually cares despite being a not so good word.

Yes. There are lots of anime fans on these forums.

Since you said that we been binging on Solo leveling both in English and Japanese

Same with Welcome to Japan Ms Elf.

I had never heard of him until today, so all I can comment is that he's going to need a fake beard. :D
Lithgow has now confirmed that he will be playing Dumbledore. Not only will he need a fake beard, he will also need a fake English accent, since he's American.

When I was a little kid, I used to enjoy the TV show Lost in Space. I tried to watch it a few minutes ago, probably for the first time since I was a kid. Oh, it's so bad. I must have been kidnapped by aliens, who implanted in my brain a memory of enjoying the show.

I wonder if anyone has taken a look at this movie. I did expecting no much and I have to say that I'm the first surprised, but it's really good. I never listened to any K-pop song (not that I aware of) and I really liked almost all songs.

Watched Season 3 of Squid Games. Nowhere close to as good as season 1, but I thought a lot better than season 2. It was a good conclusion to the show, and a bit surprising and shocking in a couple of places.

I also watched the 45 minute discussion the writer and a couple of the main actors had about the series. I have to say that my interpretation of what we were supposed to take from the series was vastly different than what the writer said he wanted us to take. My main take away was that about 25 out of every 450 people have some basic decency, and none of those 25 are people in power. That's not what he wanted us to conclude. Oh well.

I felt that Squid game got weaker with each season but I can see the intended narration or vibes the director(s) wanted to give. For me the strength is in order of the seasons: 1 was naturally good, 2 interesting but I didn't feel it as much, and 3 was a mixed bunch for me with ups and downs.

It did end on a bit of an interesting notion though, with things
proceeding just in another country. I frankly would love to see a western or US based variant of the games.

The Fall Guy was one of the best movies Ive seen in a recent years. Lots of fun stunts. Maybe CDPR should be the stunt guys of game industry? Make fun cut-scenes, it seems they are on the rise.
