That Gotham's starting soon isn't it? Might have a watch o that, always preferred Gordon to Bats personally.

Watched a documentary on Bonaparte leading his grand army into Russia, just not detailed enough, all done in an hour, you need fucking many hours for that.

For that campaign? You would need a good 5 or more episodes to just to fit everything in, considering how many battles were fought in Russia.

Aye and the retreat was just as interesting, Bony losing all his prized steeds and that, except for the Arabs I believe.

Yeah its starting Sept 22nd. I'll definitely give it a try. But I'm still a bit iffy with that lack of canon within the narrative, but hey, thats T.V right.

It was rumored that the new Batmobile, the one I posted a few days ago, was stolen from the set in Detroit. Seems it was part of Zach Snyder's and J.J Abrams back and forth cross over pics, the latest one was great.

Added 18th Sep 2014

More on set pic of the new Batmobile have surfaced, have a look :)

Shame about the watermarks, will keep looking for the originals.

Seen it yesterday. I say it's worth watching on a big screen.

Looks like there's going to be a wee bit of foreshadowing in Gotham....

Check on the wall at 5 second mark.

I recently watched season 1 of Penny Dreadful and really enjoyed its heady mix of gothic horror characters, brutal set pieces and stunning Victorian settings. Well worth a watch.

Anyone else here watch episode one of Guillermo del Toro's The Strain (it debuted last Wednesday here in the UK)?

Ah, Penny Dreadful. Can't wait for the next season. It certainly wasn't without it's flaws, but the majority of the cast does such an awesome job.

I've been watching The Strain here as well. We are up to episode 9 right now. It's been good, though rather uneven in the pacing.

Lot of good shows coming up or continuing here. Really looking forward to the final book of Korra as well, though I was surprised the last season is coming so quickly after the third one.

Any Studio Ghibli fans here? The trailer for their new movie looks incredible with the watercolor style.

Aye, Penny Dreadful was cast brilliantly well - Eva Green was absolutely sensational throughout. Cant wait for season 2.

As for The Strain - having only read The Night Eternal - I have a fair idea how things will play out, but it was still really interesting to me to see how things started. I think I'm going to end up enjoying the show way more than I did that final book. Great production value too!

We've been watching The Strain, and also From Dusk til Dawn which has actually been my favorite of the two. I do enjoy watching Walder Frey Vampire Hunter.

From Dusk Till Dawn is such an underrated movie - I generally love those shows and films that make me think they're about one thing only to take things off of an unexpected tangent midway through the piece. As for this weeks episode (2) of The Strain, it had me gripped. And what about that ending? Fabulous stuff!

Bleak Expectations. Originally a radio show, following the lives of Philip "Pip" Bin (inventor of the bin), his sisters Pippa and Poppy, and his best friend Harry Biscuit, (son of the inventor of the biscuit), as they interact with many colourful Dickensian stylee characters, including Mr Skinflint Parsimonious and Mr Gently Benevolent.

Later adapted for TV with new stories, revolving around the "Little Shop of Stuff".

I find it hilarious, but be aware that if you find 'silly' comedy... um... 'silly' rather than funny that you may find it as irritating as Pip finds his Journalistic interrogator.

Korra has started!
http://www.nick.com/videos/clip/the-legend-of-korra-214-full-episode-o2s3.html?vcs=social_20141003_32786056&xid=lokfb

I was a bit surprised by how little Korra herself was in this episode, but lots of plot points to set the stage. This should be an interesting season. I hope for more Bolin moments like this. :D
