Mr. Blue Eyes speculation [SPOILERS]

I find it fascinating that his eyes are always shining blue!
I've recently read about some theories saying that he may be

a body controlled by a rogue AI or AIs

So what gives?
When characters make a call, their eyes turn red, but when they receive a call they turn blue. This is what makes me believe that the above is what's really happening and in a next DLC will probably see

Although the eye thing isn't completely 1:1. When they transmit data their eyes turn blue. When Hanako contacts you via proxy the doll's eyes are orange throughout the conversation. Emmerick's eyes also turn orange when he's calling Dex.

Yeah. Could be an AI but a human is also possible. Remember Hanako using a proxy to parley with V.

It's 100% sure blue eyes is a proxy though.

Hmmm...maybe it works different for proxies and simple calls then? You know, just like when Dum Dum controlled the Flathead.
If the one doing the controlling thing has his eyes turned blue, then mr. Blue Eyes could be the boss?

Pretty sure that's just a bug. She's supposed to give you a monetary reward - but it glitches out, you never get anything and she stays stuck in her "blue eyed sending money mode" (which will go away next time you come by).

okay so i agree there is definitely something going on. If you complete the mission dream on you find that the peralez couple is being brainwashed with a " blue neuro link substance" i'm pretty certain this is a nod to the blue eyes Mr. Blue eyes has. What i think is that, when someone is completely brainwashed or controlled even their eyes turn blue...

i have more on why i think mr. blue eyes and garry the prophet are connected and how like you said it can be part of the next dlc check out my vid

He's literally on the balcony left of where you talk to Peralez when you finish the mission.
