cheers.first post, hi there well anyways, i was thinking throughout my play of the price of neutrality, how unbeleiveably cool would be to fight, feel, think, evolve in the witcher world with a pal.Let it be one of the known witchers from the story (Lambert, eskel..) or a new presented character.Would something like this be possible to create with the djinni ? Multi interface shouldnt be such a problem with nowadays vpns, such as hamachi and the like...ideas ?

From my understanding, the multiplayer code that was in Aurora and worked in NWN is still there. However, there is no "Witcherserver.exe" which allows multiplayer to function. That being said, it could be done if CDProjekt released a server executable.

The Witcher is only Single Player Mode. I dont think there are any plans about online features. But i have good news for you. CD Projekt Red have in plans "The Witcher MMORPG". (Something like WoW or GW)

The Witcher itself is, but it's based on the Aurora engine. When you dig into it, you find that the multiplayer code, from a client side, still exists but is disabled. If a server file was created, and there were adjustments to the GUI and Menu, theoretically multiplayer games could be setup similar to a DM-based game in Neverwinter Nights.

Sounds Great. This is the only game am playing at the moment and am trying the adventure editor a bit complicated but am getting there. I will try make some video tutorial for you tube.
