Music is very repetitive

+
I have far greater issues with the volume. The music is appallingly loud and having only "mute" as an option (and that only once you've reached the game, not in the menu) is quite frankly terrible.

Mute mutes all sounds, not just music. I concur that usual separate sliders for volumes for sound and music in options under menu would be much apreciated.

The biggest problem is that the volume cannot be adjusted during the installation of the game. I had to mute my speakers from all sound while waiting for the install to finish so I could turn off the sound in the game only. A mute function is nice but a slider is best.

Thanks!

A workaround: if your sound card supports it, use the Windows mixer to drop the volume for the game only.

This works, thank you! But muting or lowering volume in the game is a must, in my opinion. The music is beautiful, I don't want to say bad things about, but to hear the music over again repeatedly is difficult.

I like the music, but it's true that after a few hours even good music starts to become boring.

I would suggest a few more music tracks for the game (why not even reuse some Witcher tracks?).

The tracks used are from the Witcher 2 Soundtrack. My solution usually involves muting the game and running all the witcher Music (Soundtrack to Witcher 1&2, Witcher Inspired Music and all the stuff that has been released for Witcher 3 so far) in the background.

Especially the Poker-Dice Tracks from either games fit this very well I think

just a simple option menu with sound / music on/off and a slider for the volume would be great.

Yeah, we need a music/sound option (possibly a volume slider) in the main menu itself. The music is not bad, but it is really loud, and very distracting while trying to read the tutorial.

I prefer to have my speaker volume middling high and individual application volumes set according to taste (it gives less popping a clicking on my setup, which is not admittedly ideal)... having *REALLY LOUD* as the only option in this isn't really ideal in a much more significant sense.

Especially if you are sat in the Lobby waiting to see if anyone else is joining, and can't set the volume low-ish while you listen to something else, or... play against yourself (you can once everyone has dropped from a game, but cannot start a 1p game).

A Menu "Options" with Music soundlevel-meter would be a great improvement...

Thanks

It's there now! Since the update this week.

Once the game screen is up look along the top (top left) - there are new icons for new options/features.
