musterbrand presents outstanding design apparel for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Brand new clothing and accessories featuring rustic heavy knitwear, beautifully printed sleeves and a 100% Nappa leather jacket!

musterbrand, the designer label for global games culture, is very proud to announce its newest collection of apparel and accessories based on the highly anticipated The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

“In order to translate the gritty, dark, medieval universe of The Witcher into wearable quality apparel, we chose to go for lots of rustic heavy knit and cotton combined with leather elements. The designs are inspired by medieval armor types, resulting in some truly remarkable real life Witcher outfits”, says Knut Bergel, founder and CEO of musterbrand.

Inspired by chainmail and leather armor, three pieces of heavy rustic knitwear form the core of the collection: The WITCHER’S CHAINMAIL, a hand-knitted wool troyer. The WOLFHAUBERK, a hand-knitted wool veste and the WOLF GAMEBESON, a heavy cotton jacket. The hauberk and the gambeson are complementary products that can be worn together. All items feature leather straps and patches inspired by Geralt’s outfits in the game.

Any real-life sorceress should check out the TEMERIAN LILLIES, a premium slub yarn hoodie for women with a distinctive Fleur de Lille print.

Serious Witchers will want to suit up with THE WILD HUNT, a premium jacket limited to only 300 pieces (it will not be restocked). Made from 100% real Nappa bulls leather, this masterpiece in craftsmanship is musterbrand’s most ambitious project so far.

Two fine accessories complement any Witcher outfit: The RIVIAN SCARF, a heavy knit snood scarf, and the KNAPSACK, a beautiful backpack made from very thick cotton.

In addition to the outerwear, the collection features four distinctive long sleeve shirts dedicated to different factions in the game: EREDIN’s WRATH, KAEDWENI UNICORN, NILFGAARDIAN GOLDEN SUN and REDENIAN EAGLE.

The entire collection for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is available for pre-sale now at http://goo.gl/GudYSa.

Expensive as they are, musterbrand's quality is very good. Nice to see some Witcher merchandise regardless!

Yeah that would be nice, I would definitely buy a hoodie with some cool Witcher-themed logo on it.

Ridiculous prices aside, I also don't like the looks of most of these. It all looks like hipsterware.

I love how the Witcher brand is expanding.
Books, games, comic books, board games, mobile games, cosplays and now clothes.

The Witcher 3 will hit big time and everything with the name on it will turn into gold. They must be sure of it. I see big money here.

I really want to see the movie but obviously it's in the works too :)

I'm an anti-brand name kinda dresser so it's not for me. I do like some of the long sleeve shirts though.

When you're buying really expensive clothes, the last thing you want is some Video Game title splashed across the front of your apparel. So in that case I absolutely love most of the designs here. The symbols are simple and could very easily just be passed off by most people as just any other image, but you still feel like you're wearing something that represents The Witcher. Don't really like the Wolf & Chainmail designs but everything else is great.
When you're wearing a cheap $10-20 T-shirt, you don't really care so much, it's just very basic general wear.

However that said, and as many have stated, the prices are still just a little too crazy, at least for myself. Not to mention that the last thing I want to do is buy expensive clothes online where I could easily get the size wrong, or the size might be correct but the overall fit just isn't right.

Even after all that said my brain is still crying out, "Do it... Just one long sleeve shirt... Christmas gift...". Must resist.

I have a couple of their Metal Gear things. You can stick to the size you usually wear and you'll be good. Then again, I'm not sure if you have a different sizing system in Australia. As for the fit, I find that there stuff tends to be a bit sleeker in general, more form fitting with how it's cut and put together (instead of the general straight cut of generic shirts).

Sizing isn't really that different, worst comes to worst all you do is go find a store that sells European brands and try their jackets/shirts on since that would give you a good indicator of the "European Standard". Still, you can never quite tell 100% what the fit is going to be like on your body shape and hence online ordering of expensive stuff is always nerve-wracking.

:listen: That said, stop tempting me, I'm easily broken when it comes to stuff like this.
Also nothing would be worse than buying an expensive piece of clothing based on a game and then the game turns out to suck. Even if the logos/designs could be passed off as something else (With the exception of the jackets), you're still buying it because of the attachment to the game/series and then having the game turn out terrible would be just tragic, especially considering how expensive these items are. It's the last thing I want, and based on the footage I doubt it will be, but it's still always a possibility...

I'm not a brand costumer but if a cloth has an awsome or beautifull design I really don't care if it's a logo game or any trade-mark. Till now, the only one thing that stop me of buying a cloth I like is the price.

Completely understand, I always get nervous buying clothes online for a site for the first time as well. As you mentioned before, I like the low key nature of the logos and symbols. That way if the game isn't that good, who cares, you've still got a shirt or other clothing that looks nice like @wichat said. :)
