My Ranking Is Paralised

Well guys, I'm playin' the PS4 version of beta, and I'm 23 lvl, but, my ranking don't leave the ranking 3.
But, I know, that I have victories enough to have some higher rank.

I really aprecciate if you could fix this, 'cause, there will be rewards after the beta, and, I don't want to lose nothing! After all, I'm really enjoyin' the game.

Hi mate. I've encountered a variety of issues that a simple restart of the game couldn't fix but redownloading did. I've redownloaded a few times to fix issues during beta. You could give this a try.

When you finish a ranked match (not casual), does it give you + or - to your rank points? Or nothing at all?

Well, I give it a try, but nothing changes.

Still ranking 3, but my lvl is 24 now.

I'm seeing my rewards lost at the end of beta...

Just to be clear..

your rank does not go up playing in casual games
only the level

you play ranked games to up your rank.
