Since they quite obviously state that Geralt is one of edges of the sword of Destiny, it's normal to have the other edge (Ciri) in the game as well. I think this much at least is pretty sure.

as long as I remember, it is stated: "The sword of destiny has two edges. You are one of them. The other one is death." I don´t remember Ciri being the other edge. However I might be wrong,it is quite a long time since I read the books.
