nameless quest problem

hey guys, am playing witcher 3 since the release till now, i have finished all the side quests and witcher missions and all the explore areas, now i'm playing the story, but the game Stuck in the mission Nameless, i reached the place where i must track the footprint but i can't continue because the game keep telling me door is locked, and i cant move to the next area to continue the mission


i killed the werewolf before on a side quest, what can i do now? i can't continue the story since june 14

you have to get around the back of the garden, then push the lever to open the drainage gate.

thank you man i passed the mission, but i don't know why the map telling me to search in exact area, while the key is in a different place, that's confusing really

im stuck on this quest, I did everything that I can do, all the check marks are checked off, and it has not disappeared and there is no where else to go.
