A little late, I'm finally embarking on the DLC adventure.
But in my quest to complete 100%, I realize I'm stuck on the achievement for Muamar Reyes.
I don't have any cars to steal appearing on my minimap, and the one with the mysterious signal in Dogtown to then trigger this feature isn't there.
I can't start the "Push it to the limit" quest and there steal another vehicle to then get the linked achievement.
If anyone knows a solution to my problem, please let me know.
