Need help figuring out the witcher 3 nexus mod manager

I am trying to download mods for the Witcher 3 and it keeps telling me the mod cannot be installed because it was not made with the Witcher 3 modding tool. Why is it allowing others to use it but I cannot?

Which mods have you tried so far ? the most endorsed mods are often the oldest ones and thus have been created back in the days, before they were any modding tools available. In other terms, they won't be available for the nexus mod manager. There are also plenty of "Mods" which are Reshade presets, and should really not be called mods (even though, worth using) .

Nexus have specified perfect process how to add nexus mode in Witcher 3 game. The process is that simple just to download and install the mod and directly use it by following guidelines given in nexus website.
