Need Help Instaling the Patches

I Run the .exe of the Patch but it doesn´t still i keep getting an error, can anyone help me with this?

What version of the game are you running . Original from 2007 or the enhanced edition . Can you be more specific with the error .

I am running the original version and i already patched up to version 1.3 but i cannot install the 1.4 because i must have registered the game, but i cannot register the game i keep getting the version 1.0 error

Go to the link provided and download the 1.4 patch and the appropriate language pack . After downloading then create a folder and place both the 1.4 and the language pack in the new folder . Then open the folder and run the 1.4 as administrator . Once patching completes then download and install the 1.5 patch and if you`re running Windows 7 go to the Tages website , click the 5.5 choose the one that is right for your system and follow the prompt to uninstall the Tages drivers . Note if you have more than 1 version of the 1.4 patch downloaded then make sure you are using the correct one . Here`s the link http://en.thewitcher.com/the-witcher/1/

I did all the above but it wont allow me to install it because it says "You must register your game to apply this update" but the game does not allow me to register the game I keep getting the "ersion 1.0" error when i try to register... it has been impossible for me to do this...

Actually it sounds as if you`re using the registered version of the 1.4 patch
Here is a MD5 number for the new unregisterable version of the 1.4 patch and a MD5 verifier

After downloading and unzipping the verifier then open it and copy and paste the above number in the top line .
In the second line use the browse button to navigate to where you have the 1.4 patch downloaded and select it . The verifier will then go through a process and when finished one of two things will happen . If the top line numbers turn red the patch is either the wrong version or you didn`t get the entire download . If the top line turns green your ok .
