Need one more gargoyle dust for final armor set

I'm ready to go to the grand meeting and face the dragon. However, I would like to complete the final armor set (The Kinslayer) first. I have gathered absolutely all ingredients, except that I only have 8 of the 9 required gargoyle dusts. The gargoyle quest is finished. Is there any place in Loc Muinne where I can purchase or find an additional gargoyle dust, or where gargoyles spawn post-quest?

Did you fight the Operator? There are six gargoyles there that I believe drop dust.
