Need some help with in-game language

Hello all. Bought Witcher 3 and Dark souls 3 CD for Xbox One. In witcher 3 there are no Russian language, only subtittles.
I found Russian language pack in xbox store and donwloaded it but it didn't help. My game doesn't see this DLC.
Dunno what to do.
My region in settings is Finland but i tried to change it few times (to Russia, UK and etc)
Nothing helps me
Does anybody knows how to change this language finally?
Help me please, i don't wanna read subtittles always
