Starting to play all the witcher games again and would like to know how do I install mods for this game. Everything I have read and looked up does not work!! So how can I get these mods to work. I'm using the Steam Version of the game so its all saved in the steam folders. I have all of the mods in the CookedPC folder but nothing happens ingame.... so What am I doing Wrong?

Edit: Have you made sure all the files you want active are ticked in the launcher? I haven't played the game, especially modded, in quite a while, but I remember I sometimes forgot to check that.
Edit edit: Or am I thinking of some other game with the above? It's the DLC settings button that has various files listed, in any case.
