Nekker nests -- where the heck are they??

OK, so i've gone behind the waterfall, killed all the nekkers in the tunnel, then got a "block the tunnels" and the indicatino that i've taken out 0/4 nests but i can't find where the nests are.... or, how to take them out, although i read here that i need grapeshot... so, what information am i missing and Where are the Nests??
