.net framework unhandled exception error

Well I get this message frequently ever since I installed the new gog downloader, some problem with their latest version 3.0.25
I messaged them but no response yet so though I'll share it here, since the guys here get the necessary things done quicker
anyone else faces this problem? is it the gog down loader problem or something else?
I searched in the internet for a solution and found out this problem is application related

Same problem here . I verified my .NET installations with no problems listed still checking on this .
