Leo's grave existed since release of the game.If you are on the street to the castle you can see before the river ford on your left side few small hills where the bears live (in direction to the mine). On one of the hills you find the grave and gerald gives a comment.

By the blue point. If you enter the main hall you go left through the door behind the deposit chest. There's only stairs to the upper floors.

That is possible. I hadn't found it before. I'm only sure (and my girlfriend too) that the door in the main hall was closed till patch 1.07.

Yes, there's rubble blocking the stairs. That room was available pre 1.10
Crazy, I tested 10 min before and I could still enter the rooms (PS4 Patch 1.11 after the battle of Kaer Morhen) Some things I don't understand...:crazy:
It seems that the rooms are avalaible only for PS4 players post 1.10 but for PC players it was avalaible before patch 1.10, not now. What a shit...
If I load a savegame of UMA's Trial of the Grasses then there is no rubble for me, if I load an end game save there is rubble (This is on PC 1.11). So possible at some point in the quest line rubble is created there, maybe during the battle? maybe if you pick the alternate option to clearing out the rubble from the storage room? (not sure if this is that room I never cleared the rubble myself).

I was under the impression that the stairs collapse, and the rubble appears, during the battle. Probably Ciri's fault.
Would be nice if we could clear it with aard, or when finding the rubble Geralt would say something. I'm not a fan of areas being closed off and not knowing why it was.
Very likely. That room has been available to me since my first playthrough, 5 months ago. Never tried to go back there after the battle though, no reason to. =)
