new Character Developement ?

This has been a question for me in a long time, I was wondering, how is the new character development going to be ? how is it going to look like. Seeing how everything is simplified in Witcher 2 compared to first installment of the Witcher, such as removal of different sword styles. Is the sign tree, physical feats tree and all that has been simplified as well ? like several skills being cut out ?Is the Gold, Silver and Bronze talents still available or is it now the old point system like old rpg styles ?I would love to see a screenshot of character development and see how it feels now.

A fair question, but you may want to ask it in this thread:http://tw2.thewitcher.com/forum/index.php?topic=31346.msg5482258#new

I will, but will they read it ? I mean 24 pages ? who can keep track ? how can i know that someone responds my questions if everyone keeps positing questions, there is a 60% chance that it would not at all get red, just as I wont read the other 24 pages posted so far others, others wont as well right ? I mean who has the time . . . anyway I will posted again though with no hopes of answer.

read that thread, they answer every a couple of pages, and if they miss your question you can put it again, but there are a lot of Q that can't be answered becouse of spoilers.

They're more likely to read that thread than this one. Also, there are some useful summaries of what's been asked and answered so far, in this post and the two after it:http://tw2.thewitcher.com/forum/index.php?topic=31346.msg5481984#msg5481984

Everyone else does, why not you? :)I think it's premature, though, to assume that there were will fewer talents and skills in TW2, just because we don't have Strong, Fast, and Group sword styles anymore. The new combat system probably has an entirely new set of skills ... but we don't know what those are yet.

The whole simplifying thing bothers me. You guys need a little perspective, it could be a whole lot worse.

Simplifying The Witcher 2, making it more accessible, sends shivers down my spine. It scares the hell out of me. TW1 was the only story-driven game I've played that I had to replay, and replay again to fully reap its rewards. But there is no solid evidence it has been simplified.

I think the dialogue looks a little more simplified, but the combat, if anything, looks a little more complex. I mean TW1 certainly didn't have a mind boggling complex combat system. All speculation of course, I haven't played the game.

more control=more complex. it's really that simple. in witcher one you clicked on the guy and your little avatar did the rest. in this game you're going to have to time your attacks, physically. it's not going to be some meter. you'll be restricted by the animation itself and your orientation in the environment. so there's more physical interaction.combat in wittcher 1 had dragon age level simplicity..
