Simply brilliant! well made, each detail was splendid. I didn't even realize when the 6 min got over!As said above I hope this (and other trailers) come in the "extras"Also thank you for 1080p

A request please release ALL TW2 trailers so far in 1080p most are only 720p they look amazing
Even if you guys release a blu ray of your trailers I would buy it

Nice video :) but I was expecting some slashing with all those nekkers emerging from darkness but great video nevertheless... And a horse! if you introduce a horse in real game that will be awesome :)

I'd much more enjoyed it, if I hadn't had to watch it in English.

If it were at all possible, include it as a cinematic selectable in the menu. It would be the perfect intro before firing the game up.

I hate to burst the bubble, but this cinematic was finished...yesterday. You probably know, that the game is almost in the stores so it's not possible to include it. Don't worry tho, you'll have tomek baginski's intro there;)

I like how it recalls but doesn't directly repeat the intro to TW1. Very nicely done, and very lovely in its own right. I also enjoyed Doug Cockle's voiceover: 52...and a half...

This is actually one of my favourite videos made for Witcher games. It perfectly captures the feeling of books - I had to smile with pleased amusement when Geralt used Axii on Klepna (name of the horse in czech translation of the books).
I loved how low key it was. Also, the fact that Red Engine is stunning helps.

All in all I think you guys could hire more people and make a full feature film with that engine and I would gladly pay for it! :)

HELL YEAH

You always have the magnificent Red Engine for a short film say about 30 min, and don't forget there is always CGI, 33 min in game cinematics then a short film of that duration is always possible and will be LOVED by the community!

Wow, just wow. One of the best trailers so far. I am reading through Sword of Destiny right now and I have to say that you guys really posess a magical gift of being able to reflect the atmosphere of the books!

As others said - it's all in the details. Faces of the townsfolk, so surprised and scared when Geralt opens the door, so full of prejudice while watching him mount his horse and so full of relief when they find out Geralt agreed. Seriously, RED Engine is the most capable engine out there if you guys are able to show character's emotions through looks of their faces or short sighs. IN A GAME'S ENGINE, not rendered cutscene. Amazing stuff.

The direction is simply perfect. I also loved the parts in the cave, when we can look at Geralt through the monster's eyes and then when we get a FPS view from Geralt's perspective.

Great work!

The cinematic design and direction of cdpr's trailers and cutscenes are in my opinion the best in the business, by far. Feckin masterpiece.

Agreed. I just finished reading The Last Wish, and have just started Blood of Elves. I love the attention to detail. Also, the fact that there's two games out really help me bring the books to life in my mind. Beautiful work.

Awesome trailer, I really am looking forward to play this game again. I am so excited for this Enhanced Edition. I really hope the next Witcher game has horses in it, there are just way to few games with horseback combat.

I wish Sapkowski saw this. I imagine he would be proud of what you created out of his universe.

I especially love that moment when Geralt goes into meditation. The sound effect with headphones on is amazing and Geralt's face getting that chalky white colour looks very creepy.

Sapkowski can see it and he should. This isn't a Michael Bay toss off like Bioware does, it's true to the lore.
