New Game + Problem..Items Missing....

Ok so I started a New Game + But all my Crafted Wolven armor is Gone..all I had was my Bear mastercraft Swords and all my horse gear is also gone. What I want to know Is This Suppose to Happen?????

download and install the "free dlc program dlc" that's the fix
