Do the question marks (points of interests) carry over because in my game plus there are none. This may be because I completed the game 100% on my first run through and it carried over? Can anyone confirm?

No, you start the story over, meaning Quests, POI, etc... Need to go to Notice Boards like a regular game to reveal POIs

Do you really lose all our recipes/diagrams? Didn't Marcin say those carry over?

I'm confused.

Nope, you will keep all the alchemy potion decoctions and recipes. But NOT armor and swords schemes.

What's with the stash chest?
Do items that are stored there carry over?

So basically, you need to craft your desired armor and swords BEFORE importing your save to NG+.

Did this come out for the PS4 already? I wondered if I missed it being released as there was nothing to indicate it had been downloaded onto my system. If not, is there a release date yet?

edit: Ahh, I found the answer on another thread - looks like it is due out later today for US.

That's not really an issue as long as you still have them in NG+.

Can you keep and still use your original final save file after importing it into new game plus?

As per the topic title.

If I import my latest save to start a new game plus, can I then, at a later date, still load up and use my original file with all my original decisions and end game state intact?

I ask because I MAY not finish the game again in time for the first paid expansion and would rather import my oroginal save for that. Plus I plan to do thign a little differently in new game plus and I'm not sure if I'll like the results.

Thanks.

It was a DLC release, not a patch.

So.... Assuming that level 10 is 90% stronger than level 1, and level 40 is only about 30% stronger than level 31, shouldn't all of your opponents/enemies scale difficulty wise on that curve. Essentially meaning that every time you level up and meet a higher level enemy, the percentage between you closes making the enemies progressively more difficult and evenly matched? For instance, a level 60 Geralt is only approximately 12% stronger than a level 51 opponent.... Level 70 Geralt less than 10% stronger than a level 61 enemy etc... etc..

If this isn't the case, I think it obviously should be, and if it isn't, it seems a huge flub by CDPR design wise. Seems like any other algorithm would be more complex, so why the hell wouldn't this be the way to do it?

That's because it's not a patch or an update it's a dlc, so you need to download it from the store like the other dlcs. :)

You need to download the DLC and have a save with the story completed. After that, in main menu, choose New Gave and there will be an option to choose New Game +. If you choose yes you will need to chose a valid save.
