New gameplay at 1 UP

Today at 1UP you can find a new gameplay video from The Witcher. Movie titled “Hunting The Wild Hunt” is a second quest we are showing you. This one is a side quest, you will be able to complete while searching for the lady midday in the fields. You can help an old hermit with solving a problem of The Wild Hunt, stalking a nearby druid circle. The Hunt’s King wants to use the power of a circle to possess spirits of dead warriors buried near the hermit’s house. Hermit asks the witcher to defeat wraiths and drive away The King... Enjoy!

Fantastic!!! When he draws his sword for the first time you almost can feel the adralanine. Great graphics!

Looks great. I especially like the option to bind that boss enemy instead of fighting him. If small options like that appear throughout the game it will make the game much more diverse and fun to play.

Great video ideed!A lot of tactics to use... Change fighting styles, change swords, use diferent potions before the fight starts, use oil on blade, boost the magical signs, take advantege on the bosses weaknesses, use different stuning bombs... Excelent game!

Amazing video!!!I was going to say that the UI has looked a little fuzzy in past videos, but it really shines in this one. The UI looks sharp, clean, and functional.The sound & music is fantastic and the gameplay looks really exciting.9 days until release!

Couple of thing I like:The 'Transfer All' option in the loot screen. - Makes the task of collecting random items less tedious. The wildlife - Random farm animals at the hermits house actually react to your presence, me like!Wide Open Terrain - It looks like you can go anywhere, very cool. Night time actually feels ominous - like you don't want to be out. Very good. One other thing:When he goes into the hermits house at night, I wonder if the load time was actually that fast, or if they pulled an edit. In any event, does anyone know how fast new areas load?

Pretty fast from what I've seen. It was about that fast in the original quest movie too.Gopp is a great narrator by the way!

I do not know if it is just me, but he has such a relaxing vibe to his voice. He should do Meditation tapes! Maybe, I just burn too much "Mandrake root"...

Yet an another nice vid. They are really spoiling us(Or trying to drive us into a frenzy ;D) just prior to the launch of the game. Lot of nice videos, one after other.How many levels did he gain during that quest? 3? 4? Nice rate..... 8)
