Uhh no offense, but you haven't been gaming for very long, have you?
100% of Multiplats look better on the PC. Whether it's later through mods or majority of the time it is on release, it's a simple fact that (At least for the last Decade or so) PC's always have the stronger hardware. This enables them to have a higher level of visual fidelity.
These new Consoles are only about a Mid-High End current PC, even the PS4 which is the stronger of the two. They were outmatched long before they even released. So obviously the game will still look good on the Consoles, but it won't be able to have all the bells & whistles (And 60FPS) that PC will have.
It's pretty much common knowledge that if a Developer shows a Trailer or Screenshot & that title is a Multiplat, they are obviously showing it running on Max PC Specs. This is what every developer does, it's not CDPR trying to trick you or something. What IS tricking you is when Developers show Screenshots or Trailers for a Console Only game that is CLEARLY running on some kind of Dev PC Mode or they Photoshop the Screenshots, See: GTAV, Uncharted 3 & even to a certain extent The Last Of Us (They showed Screenshots which were clearly the pre-rendered cutscenes but they didn't bother to say it was pre-rendered & morons thought it was real in-game stuff).
I don't see how anyone will get angry, they've never gotten angry in the past about the PC Versions of Games looking better. How can anyone get angry, this is common knowledge to everyone, or at least it should be. If someone has a decent PC, why would they even consider buying the Console version anyway?
