I think they will release a expansion announcement trailer next week maybe along with a small patch containing some tweaks and balancing for Draft mode plus the small mid season Meta shift that Slama teased in his stream, with Vlad maybe starting with the Card Reveals on the Merchants of Novigrad stream.
Fun fact: When a member of the RED Gwent Team reveals something, technically, it is a leek -- not a leak.
