they sound nice, but there must be more. and im sure they are different from the ones in the game. like the one with the orginal Wticher OST which most tracks werent from the game, but somehow inspired by it.

The guy who shared the tracks on You tube did wrong in my opinion. Those tracks are supposed for those who pre order from GOG. Not for everyone who is passing by the site. Not a kind of piracy of course, but something weird.I don't think it's appropriate to share the tracks everywhere on the web.Of course, Ferryman10 I'm not pointing at you. Indeed thanks for sharing :)

So what's the difference between these songs and the soundtrack that everyone gets for purchasing the game?

As much as I agree with secondchildren, I've gotta say, these sounded fantastic! Much better than I anticipated. I liked track #1 the most.

Empik preorder includes a code to unlock Unique Combat Techniques that are unavailable in the basic version of The Witcher 2 In addition to the code in the box you will find the disc with specially selected music from the game not available on the official soundtrack and a sticker with the image of Witcher medallion. So probably it is a part of the music which they didn't manage to pack on a official soundtrack.

No I am not saying it. What he did is wrong but I am not exactly surprised that someone put it on youtube. You know some people are so much excited for this game that they want to share every new information, screenshot or part of a soundtrack with other fans and they don't think it's a form of piracy or how their behaviour could affect for example sales.

Actually, these aren't the same tracks from the GOG Preorder. They seem to be from the empik.com preorder which are different, but your point still stands.
