"Deploy: Spawn and play a Bronze unit from any faction." is wrong. What it does is Create a bronze from any faction/neutral. Simply Spawn would mean a choice of all cards in that set, not just 3. There are not many examples of this, but spawn keyword always comes with a definition of the pool to choose from, and from that pool, any card can be chosen. Adalia for example allows you to choose from any bronze in hand. Open beta Monster Nest allowed you to spawn a bronze Necrophage or Insectoid, this gave the choice of any card that fit the description. I assume SC is not intended to actually do what the card says. It's the description that should say "Create".
