I really don't get what this "bad news" is about though. And why not trust Marcin? All he said is that the footage will be released soon. That's it. Let's not read too much into that.

Of course it won't be streamed, it's exactly what they did last year as well. That doesn't mean any other footage won't come out of Gamescom at all though.

All of us know that, SDCC event has gone already(~2-3 days ago) so there is no question about any stream but they said the footage will be uploaded AT A LATER DATE for public.

I'm kind of lost now, are we saying that we won't get the Q&A they said they recorded until later or that we aren't getting stuff until just after Gamescom (because we know about both of those things).

There is no exact date, that's why they said AT A LATER DATE. We're guessing they mean Gamescom.

The game demo will be exclusive to SDCC and then we will show something after or on GC.

No we probably will not, CD Projekt keeps the big showings that are longer than several minutes for press eyes only. The few minute sized bits are for the fans.
I try to not complain about the whole thing anymore but there sure have been a lot of lengthy behind closed door sessions.
