See it from the positive side. The later the patch drops, the more bugfixes they can implement.
When I was a kid I desperately wanted a train model and tracks, my parents never bought me one. Now I'm a middle age man that can buy all the plastic models and toy trains he wants, yet I can't have a freacking subway (or monorail) in a metropolis in my most anticipated Cyperpunk game. It's my curse.

Trust me, just by having that It would mean they had to actually put in the game so many systems working that would be unrecognizable.
February. Man you're being optimistic. I figured May or June with CDPRs track record of delays on this game, and all that'll do is introduce more bugs into the game.
[PC Reviews] They massively supported Skyrim - even with game breaking bugs during launch and months that didn't allowed you to complete the campaign, random crashes and 17 officials update. It's a good game, but without community, would be worse. If you see their metacritic evaluations, Skyrim don't have even 1 mixed or negative review from the press.

This morning I was reading some financial reports and opinions on a website called 'bloomerang' (or something like that) ... it was a financial issue, full of speculation from alleged investors ...
I am interested, exclusively in the game, in the game aspects and in how to help a company that I respect and trust to improve the game.
I fully understand feelings, of those who have the same principle (interest in the game) I think that, as a suggestion, our community can help a lot and I am absolutely sure that the CD reads this forum.
About the press, I separate what is press and what is sensationalism in a virtual world. The press narrates facts, does not speculate about them, sensationalists speculate about 'factoids', things that they do not have reliable sources for, or are mere 'gossip'.

Other than bugfixes—when they’re ready—not really. I doubt we’ll see any content patches that fill in all the gaps in the game at all.

Especially since the press is now apparently focused on changing the game from M rating to a T rating, with their “outrage” over nudity, etc or any kind of suggestive content.
i am getting sick of wasting my time on this game reloading over and over again because missions just break some examples
the whatever voodoo mission i used my double jump and wen't over the wall and approached the mission from the wrong direction and this broke it it took me like 30 min to realize that i broke it
spellbound i took her down and now i can't hack the laptop because the option isn't even there despite having 10 intelligence every time i approach her the laptop is already open so i wasted my time trying to save ingame money on a broken game i even stupidly looked at whatever counterfit documents that i looted from her and i couldn't even find them in my inventory i looked several times, i had to look it up to realize there is no code and that you have to hack it i can either close the lid or use it i can't hack it so now i have a choice to quit playing or pay the money because i am forced to because the game won't even let me play it
looting works like 50% of the time other times you can't loot a gun sometimes because a body is ontop but often it's just frozen on the ground with the loot indicator but no way to loot this also has another problem trying to crouch while someone is talking to loot things that refuse to be lootable unless you croach so you you skip important dialog and have to reload
or when voices are missing i wen't through an entire mission the detective one where characters didn't move their mouth or had a voice just the text passing by and v just talking to mute people
or when characters randomely overlap eachother in the phone preview window for no reason they just pop in over the character talking.
this game is a broken mess and either you refund people or you give a free game or discount on another game because i am sick of this, i lost so much respect for cdprojektred for offering refunds on console but pc players get nothing? it's a good game that has been ruined by it's premature release i already lost respect for them when they let streamers have the game before paying customers but this sealed it, i used to feel cdprojektred was different they aren't they are just like any other game developer doing questionable things to get more money i am so disappointed i will never see them the same way again

We need to remember that, part of the problem this game encounters is due to people being impatient and forcing CDPR to release the game way earlier than they should have (I'm not saying it's the only factor and not trying to take the blame off of CDPR but it was one of many reasons).
I prefere waiting for them to do it properly, should it come later than announced.
Also, don't even think that they will be changes on the story, the first patch is solely gonna be bug fixing (maybe some AI fixing if we're lucky but I doubt it).

I just wish they would properly optimize the game for PC. When I can't run it on a 2080 Ti unless I turn on DLSS to Balanced and turn RTX OFF, there's a serious problem. I would like to enjoy some RTX lighting, since the shadow pop in is horrendous even on high settings, but there is no way right now because of how badly the game is optimized.
Guys it's only an hotfix, don't expect big changes for PC, this should be mainly a patch for console and little PC.
Don't forget that devs worked theyr ass for years day and night, big changes are coming after February, if they will ever be.

I would just like the game to use all of my GPU power. While it's running, task manager recording shows it's only using a fraction of the power my 2080 Ti had and that doesn't make any sense.
What's your CPU usage?
Not familiar with resource monitor of task manager as i use only msi afterburner, i guess should do the trick anyway.
About 54% (i7-8700) and it's literally using 1 to 10% of my GPU. Very strange.
IDK man those number feels competely off to me, can i suggest DL msi afterburner and use that in game?
10% and 54 mean that the game should run at 20 fps?
Also as last resort, there is this program called DDU, follow the instruction, go into safe mode, run it and let it delete evertything releated to Nvidia drivers.Afte that restart and DL not the latest driver but 1 version previous.
