NG + Crashing issues

i'm having issues while playing my NG+.

in the loading screens the game often crashes, everytime the symbol of loading appears.

it doesn't matter which region of the map i'm in.

can anyone enlighten me?

no issues here...
what platform?

most likely it's not related to NG+ but the updates before (you'd have the same issues when starting a new, normal game).
