Gwent itself can fun, but being forced to play (and beat) an inordinate number of NPCs in order to expand and improve my card collection isn't that enjoyable, being that it is quite tedious. Having to do that all that over again with NG+? Forget it.

Rather than make a whole new friend to ask a simple NG+ question, can anyone tell me whether the game defaults to your TW2 decisions used in NG, or are you able to import another save/answer Voorhis' questions again?

In all honesty, this is one of those games where I was so content with how everything played out in my first playthrough that I might just make all the same major decisions going through it again, but some things from TW2 (like Letho, and Roche vs. Iorveth) I'd like to change, preferably without starting a new game and instead just going into NG+.

I am beginning to wonder about the merits of the NG+. For one thing, skills don't seem to be scaled, which means that at some point, combat will be heavily gear dependent. So what does that mean? Does it mean the difficulty keeps getting higher or will it plateau?

Not a fan of it, to be honest. I loved being poor, having to do contracts for money, collecting stuff to craft and now all that is gone. I think I will do a regular new game on Death March

Exactly... I guess NG+ isn't for me. It makes no sense to me whatsoever why anyone would WANT to drop the leveling/acquiring loot portion of RPG games but to each their own. Definitely not my thing.
