Nibbles missing

I returned to CP2077 after more than a year and after loading the save(I tried to load several different ones), there is no Nibbles in V's apartment, even though it was there before.
Now there are only two bowls - one full of food, the other empty. There is also a basket in the corner, next to V's bed. Unfortunately, there is no cat and I don't hear any mewing either. I checked all possible places(the toilet too). Nibbles is also not in the place where V first meet her, before takes her in.
Is there any way to get Nibbles back, or do i have to play from the beginning?

Did you try to move far enough (like Japan Town), then skipping few times 24H and come back ?

This is clearly a situation where the devs need to cease all other work and correct this. Let's be honest, if Mr. Nibbles is gone, is this really Cyberpunk anymore? I think not.
