Nice feature in Novigrad Harbour
In a gameplay trailer from 2014 a nice atmospheric feature catched my eyes. In Novigrad harbour one could see a moving ship which was leaving or docking (1:37)

once I entered the city I couldn't see this. Was it excluded from the final game or did I just miss it?
